Steps for debugging the color sorter

1. Check whether the valve is completed, whether the nozzle sequence is correct, adjust the position of the machine, and check whether the air pressure is normal. Adjust the vibration screw and pressure relief plate, check the position of the rice trough and nozzle. Once done, adjust the camera position, check if the lights are on, clean manually, check if the ashes are fine, adjust the delay, width, background plate, sensitivity and output.

2. Make sure the glass and the background plate are clean, cut and observe whether the instrument path jumps, and adjust the position of the background plate and the glass plate. Check whether the connection of each wire of the electrical control box is loose, whether the original of the sub-check box is intact, and then fix and correctly connect the live, neutral and ground wires of the stable power supply.

3. The delay function of the Color Sorter is to blow inferior products out of the nozzle for a period of time, but at the same time, high-quality materials cannot be obtained. The result is that only secondary material is blown. If the delay is not correct, there will be too much good material blown out of the secondary material, and the color selection of the whole machine will not be clean.

4. The higher the separation rate and extraction rate of the three elements, the better the color sorter; the lower the extraction rate, the better the color sorter, and the higher the output, the better the color sorter. When buying, it is necessary to consider these three factors together and choose the best ratio for yourself.
